These Terms and Conditions (“Terms” or “T&C”) govern your (“User”, “You”, “Your”) access to and use of the website, mobile application, and any related platforms operated by Jeta AdTech (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). For the purpose of these Terms, the website and mobile application shall collectively be referred to as the Platform.

6. Registration & Account Security

To use the Platform, you must create a user account and verify your identity using methods such as one-time passwords (OTP).

  • Your account and login credentials are for personal use only.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
  • You must notify Jeta AdTech immediately if your registered email or phone number changes.

7. Confidentiality & Verification

We may require additional information to verify your identity before providing certain services. Failure to comply may limit or restrict your access.

You agree not to share your login credentials with anyone.

8. Third-Party Partners

Some products or services available on the Platform may be offered by partner merchants, advertisers, or financial institutions.

  • Such services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • Jeta AdTech is not responsible for any issues, failures, disputes, or deficiencies involving partner services.
  • Any disputes arising from partner services must be resolved directly between you and the relevant partner. Jeta AdTech is not liable for such matters.

9. Profile Creation & KYC

To access specific features, you may be required to:

  • Create a profile,
  • Provide contact details (email and phone number),
  • Complete KYC verification as mandated by applicable law.
  • You may revoke data permissions anytime; however, doing so may limit your access to certain services.

10. Communications

Jeta Adtech may send alerts via:

  • SMS,
  • Email,
  • Push notifications.

Delivery of such alerts depends on your device and network availability. Jeta Adtech is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Alerts sent by us shall be deemed received by you.

11. Credit Report or Data Access (If Applicable)

If you authorize Jeta AdTech to retrieve your financial data or reports (where applicable):

  • We only use the information to provide relevant services.
  • Reports or insights are shared only with you and not with third parties.
  • You authorize us to access and use your information solely for the stated purposes.

12. External Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Jeta AdTech does not endorse or guarantee these sites and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Use of external sites is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Jeta AdTech, its employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages,
  • Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data,
  • Any damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform.

If any liability is imposed despite the above limitations, the maximum liability of Jeta AdTech shall not exceed INR 1,000.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Courts in Noida / Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed by Jeta AdTech.
  • The arbitration language shall be English.
  • All arbitration proceedings shall remain confidential.

15. No Waiver

Failure by Jeta AdTech to enforce any part of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any rights.

16. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining Terms shall continue in effect.

Assignment: Users may not assign their rights or obligations without written permission from Jeta Adtech. We may assign our rights to affiliates or successors without prior notice.

Third-Party Rights: No third party has rights under these Terms.
